All services are provided by appointment only. At times, immediate request for services may be accommodated within minutes depending upon staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather. We offer appointments in our home office at a discounted rate and we offer mobile services anywhere within Montgomery County! Notarial Services & Fees
Mobile Notary Services: $50.00 trip fee will apply for any Mobile Notary services within 25 minutes from our main office in Conroe. This fee only includes your trip charge at your desired location. Notary fees are in addition, and they are $10.00 per signer for the 1st page and a $1 for additional pages within the same document. Documents reset with different titles/headers. If you are outside of our service radius, additional fees would apply (starts at $10 and goes up based on distance). Notary appointments are not available Monday-Friday from 3-5pm. A fee will apply if scheduled outside of standard hours.
In-office Notary Services: $10.00 For any Notary Booking where client visits our Home Office for services. This is not a mobile notary, we do not drive to you! Price is $10.00 per signer for the 1st page and a $1 for additional pages within the same document. Documents reset with different titles/headers. Please text us at 305-609-8216 to make sure we are in office as we could be out at a Mobile Notary appt. Please note, after hour fees do apply. Our standard office hours are from 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. After hours fees apply anytime after 4pm Monday through Friday and Weekends. Here is a breakdown of our after hour fees (notary fees are EXTRA):

Witness cost: $25.00 to provide ONE witness. This must be booked in advance. Notary fee applies for witness signatures. Photocopy & Print Fees: This is an add-on service to a notary appointment. We can print or photocopy any document in Black and White. For printing, please email your document to [email protected]. The fees start at $10.00 for 1-10 pages and $25.00 for over 10 pgs.
Scanning/Emailing Fees: This is an add-on service to a notary appointment. We can scan and email any document to you, this fee does not include printing and photocopy services. The fees start at $10.00 for 1-10 pages and $25.00 for over 10 pgs.
Power Of Attorney Templates: $25.00 for each form (Pre designed to encompass all legal matters financially and medically and to give all legal authority to control and manage all medical decisions and financial matters for a relative or friend. Must be requested at time of booking so our notaries can come prepared with preprinted forms, a printing fee does not apply). This is an add-on to a notary appointment. Templates available are Durable Financial and Medical POAs (both require two witnesses). We also have a Spanish/English version of both the Durable and Medical POAs. The dual language POAs are $50 each, and they also require two witnesses. Please note some international countries might require an Apostille on your POA to certify it at an international level.
Shipping Fees: We ship all documents for domestic deliveries (within the U.S.) via Fed-Ex for $50 and International deliveries for $150 through DHL. Shipping fees include your trip fee. Fee must be paid before shipping.
Apostille Services: $429.00 for 5-7 days, $499.00 for 2-3 days, or $799 for same day service (price is per document). Prices include all State Fees and shipping fees from our office to the state. Notarization and Acknowledgment Fees are additional. Timeframes posted is processing time in the Secretary of State office and does not include shipping to them and back to our office. An in-office appointment is required for this service. A mobile notary is not included, we usually recommend dropping off your documents in our office to avoid mobile fees. Consular Legalizations are offered as well using main office PassportWorld and must be requested during the Apostille appointment. Fees and processing timeframes vary per country for Consular Legalizations.
Spanish to English Translations: $149.00 for 1st page, $50.00 for any additional pages. An in-office appointment is required for this service. Additional pages will be charged in person during your appointment if applicable. All translations are completed within 2-3 days. Price includes notarization of document. Rush order (under 24 hours) will have an additional $50.00 surcharge to the total. Documents must be dropped off in our office for processing. A mobile notary is not needed.
Passport Services: Government Fees vary (they go by age of person applying), they can start as low as $90 and up to $211.36. Government Fees are paid directly to the government and are seperate to what we as a company charge. My fees are the following: $299 for 10 day service and $599 for 5 day service. Please text to schedule an appointment, and we will review documents required before your arrival. Please note renewals are a one step process, and minors and first time applicants have a two step process. More details can be given when you reach out, 305-609-8216.
Custom Letters: $25.00for a personal typed letter of your choice, one page in length. Examples of a custom letter can be a Travel Permission Letter for a minor, Bill of Sale, Work Employment Certification, Resume Cover Letter, etc. Details would need to be provided to complete your personal custom letter. For example, for us to create a Travel Letter, we need full itinerary details, including parental information, and contacts in the US and outside of the US. For us to create a Bill of Sale we would need names of parties involved, description of property sold, and purchase price. Price does not include Notarization fees. Please note we are not attorneys and cannot guarantee a custom notarized letter can be sufficient for legal court cases. Creating a custom letter is different than assisting you with completing personal applications. Completing documents for you would have an admin fee involved. Send a text message to 305-609-8216 with all info you need on your letter before your appointment. Once letter is complete we will contact you once you can pick up from our office. Document Assistance: $25 admin fee applies ifyou need our assistance in filling out a document/application. Price is per document. Documents are categorized by title headers.
Wait Fees: An additional fee will apply if you require more time than your 30 minute appointment is allowed. The time starts from the moment we arrive. We take our appointments very seriously and we expect our customers to as well. If you know that you will require our services for an extended period of time, please let us know at the time of your call so we can arrange our schedules appropriately.
