Mobile Notary Service Fees
All services are provided by appointment only with two (2) hour advanced notice. At times immediate request for services may be accommodated within minutes depending upon staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather. Services requested within the two (2) hour advanced notice are considered “rush” services and a “rush” service fee will apply. All services are based upon the time of when the services are rendered and NOT when a request for service is made. For example if you call at 11:00 a.m. for service at 5:30 p.m. then the after 5:00 p.m. rates will apply. If you would like to meet us for a notary to not incur our mobile fee please note this service is only offered Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm or our private residence. An appointment is required for all services. Please contact us for residence address information.
Mobile Fee: Monday through Friday (Within Spring, Woodlands & Oak Ridge Area) 10:01 p.m. – 11:00 a.m. (closed nights) = We are closed 11:01 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. = Only Notary Fees Apply. No Mobile Fee applies, just visit our office! 5:01 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. = $50.00 + notary fees
Mobile Fee: Saturday through Sunday (Within Spring, Woodlands & Oak Ridge Area) 10:01 pm – 11:00 a.m. = We are closed 11:01 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. = $50.00 + notary fees
Additional Fees: Rush Fee – $50.00 per trip (applies when our Notary services are required sooner than our standard 2 hour appointments
Witness cost – $15.00 per document (if you need a witness you must tell us at the time of your call)
Notary Fees: – $6.00 per document and $1.00 for additional stamps within the same document.
Apostille Services: $249.00 for 5-7 days or $299.99 for 2-3 days. Prices include all State Fees, shipping and Notary Fees.
Online Notarization Fees: - $25.00 per document (requires a recorded video conferencing at time of signature).
Spanish to English Translations: $99.00 for 1st page, $50.00 for any additional pages. All translations are completed within 48 hours. Price includes notarization of document. Rush order (under 24 hours) will have an additional $50.00 surcharge to the total.
Travel Letters: - $25.00 per document (we will need full itinerary details, parental information, and contacts in the US and outside of the US. Price does not include Notarization fees.
Wait Fees: All appointments are only allotted 15 minutes. Our wait fees are $15 per hour and are applied after your first 15 minute appointment. If you know in advance that you will require our services for an extended period of time, please let us know at the time of your call so we can arrange our schedules appropriately.
Fuel Surcharge– $25.00 fuel surcharge is only applicable outside of the Spring, The Woodlands and Oak Ridge Feeder Area. For example, notary services in Conroe, Willis, Magnolia or surrounding Cities will inquire a fuel surcharge. Mileage cost: .50 per mile driven (applies to anything outside of Montgomery county). This is in addition to fuel surcharge.
Who Needs Notary Services?

Sec. 406.110. ONLINE NOTARIZATION PROCEDURES. An online notary public may perform an online notarization authorized under Section 406.107, regardless of whether the signer is physically located in this state or country at the time of the online notarization. While performing an online notarization, an online notary public shall verify the identity of a person creating an electronic signature at the time that the signature is taken by using two-way video and audio conference technology Identity may be verified by: (1) the online notary public's personal knowledge of the person creating the electronic signature; (2) or a remote presentation of a government-issued identification, including a passport or driver's license, that contains the signature and a photograph of the person. The electronic notarial certificate for an online notarization must include a notation that the notarization is an online notarization. Sec. 406.111. FEES FOR ONLINE NOTARIZATION. An online notary public or the online notary public's employer may charge a fee in an amount not to exceed $25 for performing an online notarization in addition to any other fees mobile fees.
